REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Coaching Intelligence Certification | November 2026

Effective date: 9 October 2026

1. Programme & Organizer

The Quintaum Coaching Intelligence Certification is organized by Quintaum d.o.o., Trnovski pristan 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("Quintaum").

The programme takes place from 11 to 26 November 2026 and consists of 12 hours of live online training delivered in English.

The programme combines coaching expertise with Quintaum diagnostic intelligence to support evidence-based coaching and measurable client development.

2. Registration & Confirmation

Registration is completed through the official Quintaum Academy registration form or an authorized Quintaum Partner.

Submitting the form is a non-binding registration request. It does not itself create a programme contract or an obligation to pay, and no payment is taken on the website.

Following review of the request, Quintaum emails the registration details and participation offer together with payment instructions and a proforma invoice. Issuing the proforma invoice does not itself create an obligation to pay.

The participant accepts Quintaum's participation offer by making the required initial payment under the communicated payment terms. The programme contract is formed on that acceptance.

A place in the programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the required first installment.

3. Certification Fees

The following fees apply:

The Masterclass Offer is available to individuals who registered for or attended the Quintaum Coaching Intelligence Masterclass on 7 October 2026 and complete their Academy registration using the applicable promotional code by 28 October 2026.

From 29 October 2026, the Special 2026 Price of €1,190 applies to new Coaching Intelligence Certification registration requests for the November programme. The fixed Refresher and Observer participation fees below are unaffected.

All prices exclude VAT, where applicable. Promotional offers cannot be combined.

The confirmed registration price remains valid provided the applicable payment terms are met.

28 October is the registration deadline for the Masterclass Offer, not the payment deadline. A qualifying registration request made by that date retains the EUR 990 offer subject to the payment terms in Section 4. The EUR 1,190 Special 2026 Price from 29 October applies to new certification registration requests, not an automatic repricing of earlier qualifying requests.

If the applicable payment deadline is missed, the place is not confirmed. Quintaum may contact the applicant about availability and a revised offer; any revised fee requires the applicant's acceptance and is not charged automatically.

Existing Certified Quintaum Practitioners

Already certified Quintaum practitioners may request Refresher participation for EUR 745 or Observer participation for EUR 447.

Refresher participation includes new personal and client diagnostics and Coaching Reports. Observer participation is attendance without new diagnostics or Coaching Reports.

Both options require existing Quintaum certification. Applicants declare their certification status and partner organization and provide the email address of the partner contact who referred them. Quintaum uses these details to verify eligibility before issuing a practitioner-rate participation offer and may request clarification where needed.

These are fixed participation fees. Promotional codes and additional discounts do not apply to Refresher or Observer participation.

Refresher and Observer participation do not confer a new initial Quintaum certification. The applicant's existing certification and applicable licensing conditions remain relevant.

All participation fees exclude VAT, where applicable.

4. Payment Terms

Full Payment

Payment is due within seven days of the proforma invoice date and no later than 4 November 2026.

For registrations accepted after 4 November, payment is due before the programme starts.

Two-Installment Payment – Self-Funded Participants Only

Self-funded participants may pay in two installments:

Participants registering after the first payment deadline must pay the first installment before the programme starts.

A place is confirmed upon receipt of the required initial payment.

Certification will only be awarded following successful programme completion and full settlement of the certification fee.

Company-sponsored registrations are payable in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation, Withdrawal & Transfers

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tk@quintaum.com.

A non-binding registration request may be withdrawn without charge before acceptance of the participation offer. The refund and transfer provisions below concern accepted programme contracts and payments received.

The following contractual cancellation conditions apply, subject to mandatory statutory consumer rights:

For Refresher and Observer contracts, references below to the certification fee mean the agreed participation fee.

Participants may cancel their registration and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

29 October – 4 November 2026

Participants may choose between:

No contractual refund is available. However, participants may request:

From 11 November 2026

Once the programme has started, no contractual refund or automatic transfer is available. Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually by Quintaum.

Transfer Conditions

A transfer is available once, for the next scheduled equivalent Academy programme, subject to availability.

The transferred amount is credited in full toward the certification fee of the next edition. Any price difference will be communicated before the participant confirms the transfer.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Participants acting as consumers retain any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer protection law, including the statutory right of withdrawal from eligible distance contracts.

Where legally required, Quintaum will obtain separate consent for the commencement of services or delivery of digital content during the withdrawal period.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory rights.

Cancellation by Quintaum

If Quintaum cancels the programme, participants may choose either a full refund of payments received or a transfer to another available edition.

6. Participation, Certification & Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to actively engage in the programme, attend the live sessions and complete the required practical learning activities.

To receive initial certification, participants enrolled in Coaching Intelligence Certification must:

All participants agree to respect the Quintaum Academy Code of Conduct, including professional integrity, respectful communication, confidentiality, responsible use of diagnostic information and protection of client privacy.

Quintaum may take proportionate action in response to serious violations of the Code of Conduct, including restricting participation or withholding certification, subject to applicable law.

7. Certification & Access to Quintaum Diagnostics

Upon successful completion and full payment, participants enrolled in Coaching Intelligence Certification receive the Quintaum Coaching Intelligence Certification. Refresher and Observer attendance does not award a new initial certification.

Certified participants may purchase and use Quintaum Diagnostics in their professional coaching practice under the applicable licensing and commercial conditions.

This enables certified coaches to integrate diagnostic intelligence into client development programmes and offer evidence-based coaching services.

Diagnostic tools and reports are purchased separately unless expressly included in the certification package.

Certified participants may qualify for preferential pricing on Quintaum Diagnostics according to the applicable certified practitioner price list.

Certification does not automatically grant distributor, franchise, territorial or other exclusive commercial rights. Such rights require a separate written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All Quintaum methodologies, diagnostics, training materials, models, reports and related intellectual property remain the property of Quintaum or their respective rights holders.

Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use authorized materials within the scope of their certification and applicable licensing conditions.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale or disclosure of proprietary materials is prohibited.

Participants must respect the confidentiality of personal, organizational and client-related information shared during the Academy.

9. Programme Changes

Quintaum may make reasonable changes to programme content, faculty or delivery arrangements when necessary, provided the overall learning objectives and certification requirements are maintained.

Participants will be informed of material changes.

If a material change substantially affects participation, Quintaum will offer an appropriate alternative or remedy in accordance with applicable law.

10. Responsibility & Applicable Law

The Academy provides professional development and diagnostic training.

Certification does not guarantee future commercial revenue, client acquisition or particular business outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits participants' rights where prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Slovenian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to participants.
